MediaNet Group Technologies is a publicly held Company (OTCBB: MEDG) that encompasses an integrated group of operating divisions that revolve around the many aspects of technology and media including, branded rewards programs web portal programs, television and video production and intellectual properties.
The main emphasis of the company operations rests in our BSP Reward division. We specialize in licensing our proprietary rewards on-line mall platform, building private branded programs both for profit and non-profit organizations, layering our program on debit/credit card issuer products and authorizing in-store merchants as authorized redemption centers for our members to shop at.
The MediaNet Network model is built upon multiple bases of residual income. The Company licenses its content, look and feel to individual companies and then customizes and brands the applications in the client's name and with their individual information. We then host, administer and market the programs for our clients for which we receive a continuing stream of compensation.
The Company markets its services directly through its own efforts and through a growing list of independent marketing companies and individuals who receive commissions and overrides on BSP Rewards programs, portal sales, monthly hosting fees, and sales of our other products and internet applications.
The Company has invested the past four years in proprietary technology that can be utilized by companies of all sizes and in all industries.
